Depends on the project. Not all projects have major workmanship issues but don't expect quality materials. Some JMB already raised unresolved developer issues to Tribunal such as defects for some of their projects. For new launch, the price is quite affordable considering it's at OKR but have to be content with all those Kuchai lama bottleneck traffic lights. For new launch Exsim Divo, costs rm150k higher for entry units but you get much better facilities such as more spacious parking, drop-offs, lobby, etc
