FFK seller you are complaining against : sandman84 017-3467873

Item being attempted to buy: LUMIX LX3 camera

Original thread link: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2024910&hl=

Date of transaction : 14 Jan 2012

Details of the complaint : I'm reporting an unethical seller.
I PM-ed him/her an offer on 6 Jan, he/she accepts on the same day & we arrange to COD on 14 Jan.
No further communication until 13 Jan when I PM to confirm time/place for COD. On 14 Jan he/she replies that the item is no longer available because "someone has pay for the deposit before you" although i was never asked to pay a deposit.

PM conversation below:

Is it reasonable to ask for a ban?

No ban required. Technically you didn't lose anything. If I were seller I'd do the same. Cash now > cash later.
Plus as a seller the buyer may ffk when it comes to due time (not saying you will). So if another buyer comes to me I'll let go to him. Why place the risk in my hand?
If I were really to reserve to someone whom will be dealing a week later I'd definitely ask for deposit.

I don't usually do this but I'd like everyone to be wary of the following forummer.

FFK-ed by this forummer: gengkey01
Contact number: 0126731041

Sequence of the situation:

1. PM-ed me to buy my item.
2. Agreed to COD with me.
3. Exchange of contacts.
4. Agreed to meet the following day so I kept the item for him while rejecting other offers.
5. Messaged him the following day and he told me he has already found another BETTER offer so wanna cancel deal.

If wanna cancel also let me know la. Make me keep for you then wanna cancel also didn't tell. If I didn't ask him he also will continue to keep quiet.
So to all forummers who intend to deal with this forummer, think twice before doing so.

Another FFKer for my same item: wayne520
Contact number: 0182602712/0166413042

1. Agreed for a trade via PM.
2. Planned to meet the night itself.
3. Suddenly SMSed me saying "VERY EXHAUSTED" so cannot COD. Asked to COD the next day.
4. Next day no news at all. Went missing. I SMS-ed him but NO replies received.
5. Next thing I knew, I saw checked and saw his thread for the trade stating "ITEM SOLD".

Honestly I really don't mind you wanna FFK. But alike the previous dude I complained about above, at least have the courtesy to TELL ME you are not interested to deal.
SMS him also no reply. But can be seen opening another thread with contact number inside. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

So anyways just warning you guys to think twice before dealing brows.gif
