Incident:
PM me said he got a MacBook need repair. Then later said would like to sell it as it is.
Agreed on price and arrange to meet at Mutiara Damansara at 27 March 9pm.
On the day to deal. Received SMS at 7:40pm saying it's jam asking me if can meet next day.
I replied saying I'm on my way (because I know it will jam, so went out early), I don't mind to wait him till 10pm.
He then replied will update me.
After I arrived, SMS him 3 times no reply. I went home without closing any deal with him about 10pm.

PM him on 30th March asking is he still want to deal. No reply.

2 weeks later and no call, sms, or PM replied.

Note:
I don't mind if he want to cancel or postpone, but at lease reply and inform properly.
