Seller have no business ethics

Summary :
I asked to cod at 7/1/2015 night, he said can't do so we both agreed cod at 8/1/2015 after work. I told him I want to put some deposit for reservation, he said no need.

Until 8/1/2015 afternoon, I asked him which area we should meet. Only he told me someone offered higher and have to cancel the deal

I'm okay if he wanna accept higher offer, but at least he can tell me to cancel the deal but NOT until I ask him. So be careful dealing with him especially u are traveling from far place to cod with him.
