Agreed to COD around 2pm today. I arrived at the agreed venue by 1.40pm and messaged the seller. Waited a whole hour+ but the seller didn't show up. No prior sms to inform he wasn't coming or so.

Called twice and whatsapp a bunch of times and no reply. Wasted my time when i could be doing something else.
