Forumer you are complaining against: jeff-liew

Details of the complaint :

The forumer call me to reserve the phone for him and 1 week later he will come to KL and COD with me.
Today is the day of COD, he told me to meet him at KFC sungai wang.
After met with him , he checked the phone , all function working , then he say he wanna go get cash from ATM and told me to wait him at KFC.
15 minutes later , he called me and say that he can't get cash from the ATM machine , and he say he don't want the phone anymore.

I rejected the other forumer which also interested on the phone and reserved it for him , he just behave like this.
I am from cyberjaya using public transport to go to sungai wang. Wasted 6 hours + Rm 30 on transport.

Advise to other forumer , do not reserve anything for this person aka jeff-liew
