Not really FFK..

This seller agreed to sell his notebook to me. He busy on weekdays and ask to COD on Saturday (today). We agree to contact again on Friday to arrange the location and time. On Friday I PM him to arrange he told me he already sold the notebook to another at higher price.

What I cannot stand is he give me a story like the buyer desperate and he had no choice. No choice? Other buyer put a gun to his head?

What kind of people is this? I understand buyer wants to get the best price but a deal is a deal right? And he do not have the courtesy to inform me until I PM him.

You mentioned Mid Valley I said we can meet there but on weekends. But if on weekdays I mention my office. You said we do it on  weekend then ,(implies MidValley which is suitable for both parties)

So where is this 1 hour travel time you are talking about?

I said my office is a possible location for COD. You offered Mid Valley which was acceptable to me on weekends. You said lets do it on Saturday. Offer accepted. Dont twist and turn.

Dont try to avoid the point. You already agreed to COD with me. End up accept another higher offer, and dont have courtesy to inform me.

Why do you still keep avoiding the point. You should keep your word once the deal is agreed. That is my one and only point.
It does not matter how many cancel with you. I had agreement with you to buy it. Period. I always keep my word. Unlike you.

Ah, so you finally admit you went back on your word on the deal. At least be a gentleman about it. Oops sorry, a gentleman keeps his word.

Sorry if u think im irresponsible seller.i agree to COD with u at BB but not comfirm to COD with u at HSBC cuz i really dun know which HSBC u mention about. already google map but there is bout 4location of HSBC appear around BB.and i reach BB early,it's before COD time 7pm. arrived at 6.45 and call u to ask where exactly the HSBC BB then when u said that is way to raja chulan then I realize there are long way traffic congestion headed for HSBC. ask ur kindness to meet at berjaya times square cuz no traffic jammed and easy for car park'g.it was 7pm at BB and u also know how bad the traffic there. then u also refused to meet at Berjaya and giving reason that u don't know where is berjaya times square.(where are u from actually)im not afford to stuck for an hour to get out from there.it was been Q day since morning go to Maxis to get the iphone and night get stuck with trafic...urgh.not acceptable. then u still force me to go to ur place...how could u not realize what is my day wasting with Q'up at every place...
