Date of transaction: 14/2/2014

Details of the complaint :
10/2: settled at a deal of RM130+2 weeks personal warranty
11/2: suggested to COD at SS15, he agreed to suggested time and date.
14/2:
1pm - day of COD, called him and ended up got ffk-ed ( he said he is a florist, busy day but didn't inform me, maybe new florist because every year also got valentines day). Didn't get mad and told him that I will text him a new date and time
1.44pm - texted him telling him i will be at SS15 till 3pm, if he wants still can COD, no reply (no fuss here, last minute request)
7.45pm - texted him new date and time, he replied that he got new deal and canceled mine, said that we still can deal @ RM155 since the new customer offer RM150

IMO, i dunno if the lowyat community see this as an issue or not, but still a promise is a promise, just because you got a better deal doesn't mean that you can ffk+cancel deal AFTER i texted you twice.
