Verbal agreement/contract does have validity in law

When does verbal agreement become valid?

1. when both party agreed verbally that they will sell to each other.

2. When both parties gave further consideration such as going to meet up does give sufficient consideration same goes to you that u said ur gonna reach but didnt meet up.

3. So if u agreed to sell to him/her then FFK but sell to others its right in business pov but legally its wrong as u already entered into contractual terms by giving further verbal agreement to sell then by actioning on the verbal agreement by stating your on ur way to meet buyer.
