So I was selling my phone and this guy low balled me like mad.

In the end I gave in because I really need the money back from the phone which I did not use at all.

From RM300 got low balled by him to RM250. Then promised for COD at BTS Starbucks at 5pm, 23rd August.

I got there earlier and messaged him but no reply. At 5pm I waited there, texted him multiple times but no reply.

No blueticks so I suspected he blocked me from his whataspp.

Called him a few times but he did not pick up and all calls went to voicemail.

After 1 hour of waiting and wasting my time I had to tell myself that I got FFK-ed by this low baller.







I googled his phone number and found out that he was selling his pc, through there I found his lowyat.net username, Gerard_way89. And his thread corresponds to his location of Putrajaya which is his workplace.

If you don't feel like buying my item, you could just let me know by informing me earlier.
There is no point letting me travel all the way to KL, sit there and wait for you for an hour while suffocating myself by the secondhand cigarette smoke around me. I did not change to go inside because we promised to meet up at outside of Starbucks.

If you just low ball my item and FFK out of fun, then you deserve a special place in hell.

Was selling a new Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard for RM530. Then this guy PM-ed me, lowballed and asked for RM480. I needed the cash to buy the tournament edition of the keyboard which is more suitable for me thus I need to consider too. He said he need a day to consider.

Then told me that he could COD with me on the same day if I can let go at RM480. Then I agreed with it, and I carried the keyboard and took train to go KL. Planned to buy tournament edition once I got the cash from him at lowyat plaza.

While I was on my way with the 2.4kg heavy keyboard, then only he told me that he doesn't have the money and wanted to call off the deal.

I told him that I was on my way with the keyboard, then only he revealed that he wanted to further lowball to RM450 as to cover his transport costs and he could find such price at dealer's price.

This is really unethical of a buyer. Already promised for deal with a price then last minute cancel the deal and wanted to lowball further.

The reason why I didn't post up the whataspp screenshot is that I still respect him as a person, but a despise him as a buyer. And I just want to put this here in the record.

I assume that this lowballer would be lurking around here at this thread, worrying that I will put up this lowyat ID here.

Just want to tell this person that - please be ethical in dealing with people. You are causing a lot of inconvenience for me, the seller, wasting my time and my money. I do need to pay for transport too for your information.


PS: If anyone ever able to find new Razer Blackwidow Chroma at RM450 then let me know! Even tournament edition costs RM550 at least! Even China mari no warranty also won't sell for RM450!
