Story as I am talking to thread starter :

YOU said " I will be at Bukit Bintang area on Friday from 1pm onwards until nite.

I said " Lets meet up at Bukit Bintang area after 2pm (since I have Friday Prayers)

YOU said " you will SMS me on friday the exact location to meet, maybe Sg. Wang area.

what happened next : I waited for your SMS all morning and you only SMSed me after I have SMSed you first before I left for KL. (I have to plan my day since I am coming quite far from KL and would like to leave KL before the jam and balik kampung traffice starts)

I SMSed you again : Before I reached KL and you said "wait for my SMS later then will inform place to meet by 2pm"

At 2PM : I finished my friday Prayers, tried to call you but you never picked up your phone. SMSed you wishing to know location to meet since I am very near bkt bintang area already.

You SMSed me : saying to still wait for your SMS.

Now this is not very nice because you ask people to wait but do not specify a time period. If LAMP POST or TRAFFIC LIGHT then of course you can just keep on saying "wait wait wait" but you cant do this to a person and more importantly to a customer. People have other better things to do...

You also mentioned that you cant answer the phone because you are busy working but failed to answer when asked of what nature is your work so that I could better understand your situation and at least give you the benefit of the doubt.

finally after more smses from me demanding that you honour your deal YOU finally smsed me suggesting to meet up at IKEA Damansara later that evening.

feeling a bit better after YOUR suggestion, I replied asking YOU to confirm a time to meet at IKEA later

but...

waited for your SMS reply... and no reply from you until today...

So the conclusion is :

1) Looks liked I have been FFKed
2) Wasted my time and money
3) YOU LIED : about being able to meet up in KL on friday 18.09.09 from 1pm to evening to deal.
4) YOU LIED : meeting up later at IKEA damansara.
5) I wonder if the flash is still available? If it is not then obviously you BROKE the deal and have no ethics.

Even though this the very first time I have been FFked at lowyat. I stand by my pledge that I am the best, serious and non fussy buyer that any seller here at lowyat has or will ever experience (refer my sig).
