This seller is not recommended at ALL! Here is what happened yesterday:
I called and ask for his location and he told me he's in Giant Bandar Kinrara. So i went there immediately and called him telling him i already reached Giant Bandar Kinrara and ask him where is is shop.
Then he told me that he is not located IN Giant Bandar Kinrara and ask me to proceed to go to Old Town White Coffee to find him, which is less than a minute drive.
I told him i am going NOW and wait for me. I arrived there less than 1 minute (in fact, 40 seconds) and immediately called him. This is where the nightmare begins. He never picks up my call. I reached there at 2.00pm and keep calling him until 2.15pm, in fact i even sent him a SMS telling him i'm already there. No reply. Keep calling until 2.20pm and i decide that this seller is not a genuine one. I mean he's not serious at all. How come he can picked up my call at 1.59pm and when i called him less than a minute later he never picked up. I easily called more than 10 times during the 20 minutes duration and he never even picked up. If he's busy, he can always tell me to call later or wait for a while. But no, he decide to ignore my calls despite me waiting there like a fool for 20 minutes. And never even reply sms as well.
So to those who wanna engage the service of this seller, i suggest to think again. I came all the way from Subang U5 to his so called "shop" which does not exist. wasting my time, petrol and toll.

Hi, yesterday when you called at 1.19pm, it was already past our operation hours. (Operation hours stated on my siggy). You asked for battery replacement service and i said ok since it will only take 10 -15 minutes to replace the battery. You just said you'll come now not metioning the exact arrival time.
At that time there were 2 customers who made earlier appointment before you arrived. So , i asked my tech to proceed without making this cutomers waiting.
When you arrived you called me and i told you to proceed to old town beside giant as my tech is there doing repairs inside.
After that i went to the wash room as nature calls for the big one, unfortunatey i don't practise carrying phones into the toilet and neither do i answer calls when i'm doing my buisness in the toilet to avoid unnecessary accidents or damage to the device. That was the exact time you were trying to call me/sms me and claim i didn't respond. Right after i came out out the wash room i returned your call but the first thing was you shouted " how you do buisness one". I explained to you i was busy till i had to tell what i was doing as well.
You said you alreadyleft and now at petronas bk5( which was 1 min away from old town ). I said you come back and we will settled your phone first within 10 -15mins but you kept saying that there is no u-turn here and you have urgent appointment at 3pm. Finally you asked me if we were open tomorrow?( 29/07 ). I replied yes and you said will come tomorrow but now ??
I don't know how you expect me to answer your call & return your sms when i was in the toilet without my phone? Which i did right after i got out of the washroom.
There are many who has used our services happily for the past 2 years . Is just that your & my timing was not right yesterday and you were rushing somewhere else at the same time.
Anyway thanks for your comments.
This gives me a lesson not to take last minute repair appointments and i'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
