beware of leealex

i saw this thread 2 days ago , http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/607560 , and i was interested and pmed him straight away , he pmed me his best price and he said okay and we set a time to meet up which is today at 11am .So both of us agreed.

I went out and 10aam this morning , and from all my way down the road was jamming , so i smsed him and said i'll be late, at 11.30am . So after all the suffer jam i reached at 11.30am sharp and stand infront of the HTC center as promised .

So after 10 minutes waiting there , i called him, but turn out that he didn't pick up his handphone , so i called and called and sms and sms again and again and again , but to no avail , he never pick up his phone

Then at around 12.30 , i used mysister's phone to call , he didn't pick up also , but amazingly he called my sister back after 5 minutes . Finally i get to talk to him, from his background i can hear that he is in Lowyat plaza, as it was the same song playing at the background from what i was listening , or maybe i was wrong , but from the noise i can hear that he's in somewhere crowded , ie , lowyat plaza. I asked him where r u and r u coming? his replied was " coming coming " . Okay, so i waited.

Another 30 minutes gone , i waited and waited and i called him again , again he never pick  up nor reply sms.

In the end , i waited until 1.30pm and i walked to The Pavilian , and guess what, until now , its almost 7pm , he never reply me or call me .

From my understanding , if u're not going to sell me , please tell me , at least after 10 minutes i waited i can go to other place already. but he didn't , so he just let me waited there like a madman. I was so angry, i never met such unethical person before.

I have his phone number , 0129197575 . Such a nice number , i wouldn't think he'll change it soon

FFK - a.k.a breach of contract under Contract Act 1950 is a serious offence. A contract may be verbal or non-verbal. I have all the sms he sent me , and i have evidence that he ever promised to sell me , so a contract was establised.

Please have a notice here. Mod , if u can do something, do something for me. Else , i just wanna rant my anger here .
