Date of transaction: Since last week

Details of the complaint :

On 28th August i pm him asking for best price.After some negotitation,he agree with my price.He decide to cod on 4th Sept (today) even i push him to cod early.(At this point i know something wrong will happen hmm.gif )
Today as we suppose to meet,Whatsapp and call no reply even i saw him on9..
