PM deal with him. Confirm COD at ex-warnet OUG (beside Pearl Point). Reached Warnet at 4pm, called him.
1st call 4pm - Call to inform him I reached. He acknowledged, claim he is on the way coming, give him 5mins.
Have been calling him from 4.30pm to 5pm. Went into voicemail. Called more than 20times. He do not know what is responsibility. Since he knew I reached, he has no guts to sms/call me to inform me to cancel the deal, whereby he choose to switch off his phone.
