Date of transaction: Yesterday night COD 11pm.

Details of the complaint :

An uncle who has a daughter, the forumer wants to go on a holiday to Thailand and Myanmar, So he decides to stop in Penang to do the COD with me, initially he told me he was leaving Kuala Lumpur at 7pm so I'd expected him to arrive at 11pm,

On 11pm I messaged him for an update he told me "I am at ipoh sorry sorry, now having supper" and so I thought we could have reschedule the COD or something before he leaves to Thailand border or smth.

I left him msg and tried calling him, first call it got through but he didn't pick up, after that his phone was dead. Very irresponsible, i am 18 years old also know the fine line of responsibility, shame on you.
