Details of the complaint:

He has contacted me via PM to express his interest to purchase the above two mentioned gelaskins product. Everything was firmed up right until the point of order, when we mutually agreed that he will be doing COD with me at an agreed place and time after I have gotten the product delivered to my address. the product has successfully arrived at my place on the 28 January 2012. Upon multiple times of trying to arrange a COD place and time, he agreed to meet up only at night time after 11PM and the wee hours, but when closer to the actual time of COD, he does not reply my SMSs nor calls. Gave me reasons such as he was pretty busy with CNY period and open house, blah blah blah - that i can understand. but it does not stop after CNY has long gone. he still keeps his 'act' by agreeing on a time and place in the day, then the same thing happens - he does not reply my SMSs nor calls when closer to the actual meet up time.

then he tried to back out of the BlackBerry skin with the excuse saying that he has SOLD his phone! I mean what does that have to do with him not owning up to his initial decision to get the skin in the first place?

anyhow, I have reasoned with him on that matter and he has finally accepted to buy that skin from me despite the fact that he has sold off his phone.

but still, he never fails to not be able to make it to the COD without any good reason time after time.

then i needed to travel for work from the 28 February till 9 March. so on the 27 and the 28 February, I tried my very best to arrange another COD with him, which obviously he was quick to answer that he is either not at home or was busy and stuffs. so I told him why not we do it the postage way instead, and I am willing to bear the cost of the postage, he just needs to bank in the money into my account. so he agreed and after countless times of reminders for him to bank in the money, guess what? he didn't do it of course.

now that I am back from my work trip, I contacted him again, even gave him a call, managed to get him on the phone for the 1st time and the call go cut-off. then I SMSed him to tell him who I am and guess what? he replied saying:

Oh. Bro im sorry. I have to cancel it laa. I'm very busy and this already long ago I'm not using those device anymore.. You sell it again. I'm sorry.

what a great way to 'run' from his promises.     

I know you guys might be thinking, why the heck did I spent too much time on this guy to make him honor his promise, and I can tell you that I respect each and every one of my customers enough to spend that much extra effort to provide my best services to them. It is not my normal routine to accept orders for customers that has not paid upfront, and god knows why I decided to go with this guy with the deal - probably because he stays very near to my place, but I admit whole-heartedly that it was a 'wrong' move indeed.

so I urge who ever that might be passing their paths with this Fella, please stay very far away from this SOB!!!
