She sells mannequins. Several users seem interested to purchase. However, she does not even bother replying them, me included. So I decided to PM her to get an answer. Her status was online, and I see her online at the thread, and also active around Lowyat.

If you are no longer selling, at least close the thread. Or at least take the initiative to reply buyers informing them that the items are no longer available.

It's called manners.
