Details of the complaint : Declined many deals due to his "cash ready" claims. end up dowan but because not enuf money. contradicting himself

Here is the story

8/3/13 - Friday Morning i received a PM from Bone Tulang saying that he interested in buying my Note II for RMxxxx.

8/3/13 - Friday Afternoon we negotiating and i told him if he don't agree with the price then no deal, can go find other ppl. He insisted that he want to buy, claim that he is serious buyer

8/3/13 - Friday Afternoon we discussed and finally came to a conclusion that we agreed to a price of RM xxxx | 11am at Sunway Pyramid.

Next Morning
9/3/13 - Saturday Morning today we supposed to COD, 11 am i reached Sunway Pyramid waiting for him. and he send me a message saying that he wants to COD at evening. Now in my mind i'm like WTF this guy tell me this when i'm already here ?????

9/3/13 - Saturday Morning he say he rushing to airport and got no time. So we discussed and decided to COD the next day. He say will confirm with me the time at tonight.

9/3/13 - His claims were again blanks, he didn't reply my message on Whatsapp, no reply PM, no pickup call. even call also busy pickup?? called so many times.

Sunday morning

10/3/13 - Sunday Morning I called him in the morning, can call through although some voice mail, never pickup. then i saw his last active in forum: 5:30am

10/3/13 - Sunday Afternoon He just left me a message saying that he dowan to buy, can sell to someone else.


Left me blank the whole night and morning: call/whatsapp/pm all no REPLY.
wait for him to defend himself in this dispute topic.

Just here to tell new forumers
The Moral of the Story

1. Next time even when wan COD, please ask buyer to bank in deposit first. RM 50 also can
2. Leave a message to buyer saying that you are going to sell to other ppl if buyer not responding to your messages.
3. Becareful when dealing with ppl, check the dispute thread first, see their reputation good or not.

I learned it the hard way, hope you guys who are new don't meet this kind of irresponsible ppl. Messed up my timing with me family and friends.

If COD for phones, i normally take RM 50 deposit first.

This is an ffk issue. Post it in the ffk section to warn others.

At least he still bothered to reply you rather than just totally ignore you
