let say i buy a city in year 2005 or 2006, how much it should be the pricE? can I get 9 years installment/loan repayment? ..

guys,
new city idsi will cost me around rm79800 (otr) while otr for vtec version is rm85k .. with low interest rate (2.18%), do i still eligible for discount? normally how much is it? |
