For the terrace house, if their price is around RM700k then it will be sold quite fast. Not much choices already nearby. BRP condo also fetched RM730k for their 1400sf unit. If want landed, this township is really nice inside. But the surrounding really need some time for develop. But nobody expected Mc Donald's will be there before also. if want cheaper, should go aman putri? |
