Wish I could downvote this, this is terrible advice considering the current economic climate. It’s not all fine and dandy compared to 10 heck 5 years ago. Buy something that is affordable and acceptable to you because you will not be able to cash out of it in a hurry. My main advice is to make sure it’s somewhat investment grade ie. ppl will rent it or buy of you when there’s a change of plan.
