in Penang, many house, apartment and condo are empty.
many think prop is good investment but now end up struggling to pay installment due more supply than demand.
right now, i thinking my house as long term investment for my kid future.
it not going to be short term investment where can reap profit within 3-4 years.
as long as my rent able to cover half my loan, i think it is sufficient for now.
