Immigration reject online passport photo

I renewed 2 times previously online, all failed on the photos even though I go take photo at the photo printing shop.
Just go and retake the photo at the place where you collect your passport. Rejecting my HD photo while their camera taking 360p photo, low res and pixelated. |
