whoever cancels an order, without valid reason he/she is the wrong party.
I probably want to maintain my reputation as good buyer in the system.
Perhaps there is a log that tracks the user cancellation record.
Maybe you lose some kind of bonus/reward if shopee decide to give something to selective good customers?
The seller should cancel it if the wrong price really affects them.
