Seller acknowledged my order below but then quickly ask me to cancel my order because they claimed this is system error??

I dont want to cancel. Should seller honor this price?

If it a cheap item I don't bother with it, just let the system cancel and they will get penalty. But if expensive one better just cancel and get the refund back fast and buy from other seller, no reason to waste ur time on small thing like this.

Save your conversation and report to shopee. Let shopee deal with unscruplous sellers.

Unfortunately, seller can just drag it out passed the days to ship period, and although they'd be penalised for it, they would happily accept that especially if the loss is too much to bear.

You should cancel, but maybe ask them if they can offer you a discount for purchase next time.

Perhaps there is a log that tracks the user cancellation record.

Maybe you lose some kind of bonus/reward if shopee decide to give something to selective good customers?

The seller should cancel it if the wrong price really affects them.

Let seller cancel it, it's their mistake in the first place. After that make sure you get back the coins (or value of the coins), discount voucher used and compensation voucher.

No lah. No system will put restrictions on their cash cow. They calculate you through lifetime value. So if you worth 500k for eg a 300 rm cancelation is nothing.

I discussed this again with seller peacefully and they cancelled the order from their end. I have my coins back and money (i think in process) to be refunded back to me.

I think I heard some cases in US seller will have to honor even if they listed wrong price. Guess thats hard to happen in bolehland.

usually seller will ask buyer to cancel 1st if they made a mistake, see if lucky, but if the seller seldom cancel, should be no issue for them, since their cancellation rate will still be low
