If a Unifi account is suspended due to outstanding payment, will the account continue to accumulate charges for the subsequent months after suspension? The account is no longer under any contract.

The account will accumulate charges until your limited usually 2-3 months then suspended.

Your details will go into shady/non-exists law firm that sending letter to your address.

After 1 year, your name/phone will be bought by 1st debt collector.

1st debt collector will call that number for 1-2 year until it's sold to 2nd debt collector.

2nd debt collector will take over "buy" that data then will look for you with discounted payment below the value.

And so on until you make payment to remove from TM blacklist..

For us, our Unifi Lite had been issued notice to migrate saying they out area been fiberised and that they saw "problems beyond repair" of the Unifi Lite cabinet. Few weeks ago, they had the audacity to totally cut off our line and blame it on "cable theft" instead. Which is rather suspicious given one moment they quote cabinet problem next is cable theft. Both reasons fall into non-repair category according to them. So far we did not upgraded to Unifi Fiber 30mb under their same-price offer due to they are unwilling to issue the offer TnC in written form. So while all this line cut off period, we are told our account is still active and continue to be billed. However we are also told our account is currently rebated back since few months ago due to non line service which the rebate will only reflect in another 2 month cycle bill. So if we didn't migration and continue to let this account active, means we are paying and then rebated, paying and then rebated? In an endless loop??

Yes.
Will endless loop since it's their side non-repairable category while they keep calling you for upgrade.
They won't issue the TnC in written form for you before you transfer.
After you transfer, only you can request the pdf of TnC for your account which is kinda not fair to user.(sometime they just give you link to public tnc based on your subscription name)

If transfer, will it be considered a new contract term?
