fence is not the huge issue there

wait till u guys come in and stay & experience the -

1. chicken manure smell
2. palm oil processing smell
3. chicken feeds production smell - rotten fish smell
4. plastic burnt smell

developers did nothing & just let the folks there live with the pollution

chicken feeds smell is very strong & apparently covers the whole EM reaching other areas (found the source but unfortunately they are allowed to operate even during midnight till mornig)

plastic burnt smell also quite bad (source of pollution unknown still but we know there are several plastic recycle factories just beside EM)

SCAI kind of already gave up fighting for the pollution there, those who are well-able already moved out and rent or sell, others just lived with it by shutting the whole house tight

some folks even not sure where to find help till go & comment on EM fb post before this.
Now mostly complain in group or rather reporting in group about the smell

For those who are deciding, survey/research first ya before making decision
Also don't swallow my words entirely, do own research to check also

Oh Seri Pajam pollution hardly reach EM. that's just small 'bei si'

At EM, we have our very own KFC broiler farm, Buffalo farm, feedmills production center & not forgetting around the plastic recycle or production area that have been giving out mysterious smoke at night (visible from the EM apartments high levels).
