looking at torque numbers in the Nm unit, for example 51Nm, it tells me this engine is more like a ~500cc mill
then, look at the peak torque rpm, will give an idea if it's commuter friendly or not
then, the hp, and peak rpm to see how wide the powerband is, do i need to drop gear everytime, or just pulas and go
Data - rpm at 6th gear at 110kph
QJ 80hp @ 11,000rpm, 51Nm @ 10,500rpm - ???
Modenas 51hp @ 15,500rpm, 22.9Nm @ 14,500rpm - 10300 rpm (~77% torque on standby)
Honda 93.8hp @ 12,000rpm, 64Nm @ 8,500rpm - 5300 rpm (~88% torque on standby)
Suzuki 73hp @ 8,500rpm, 64Nm @ 6,800rpm - 5100 rpm (~87% torque on standby)
Modenas 650 67hp @ 8,000rpm, 64Nm @ 6,700rpm - 5150 rpm (~86% torque on standby)
