auxilliary police have full police power at their designated workplace.

Last i remember when hooha about giving IC to guards few years ago, it was stated only police and JPN can withhold your IC.
the rest can glean, but cannot withhold.

auxilliary police (unless i misunderstood what was read years ago):
- vetted and trained by (federal) police
- equipped and salaried by hiring organisation
- have full authority to exercise police power at where the employer told them to work at/in

so they can withhold your IC.

that i don't know. i only recall what i read back then.

but i have vague recollection of coming across a bill titled something like Tempat-Tempat Keselamatan or something along Protected Areas.
