I guess it has to depend on seller :| I bought my PS2 + controllers from a shop in Sg. Wang, and the controllers just fail to work after some time. Bought them back for an exchange, and when they failed to work exchange and exchange again a lot of times until the lady there was familiar with me, but still exchanged whenever a controller malfunctioned
