Would like to check, what are some other properties that are similar to Gamuda Garden?

Currently surveying for houses & would like to explore other options

- not too far from KL (around same driving time between Gamuda Garden & KL)
- landed terrace
- has a pet friendly park nearby
- all facilities are nearby (grocery stores & Gamuda Garden has their own gym and swimming pool)
- similar price range, looking for at most RM950K house
