Hi All,
Would like to check, what are some other properties that are similar to Gamuda Garden?
Currently surveying for houses & would like to explore other options
- not too far from KL (around same driving time between Gamuda Garden & KL)
- landed terrace
- has a pet friendly park nearby
- all facilities are nearby (grocery stores & Gamuda Garden has their own gym and swimming pool)
- similar price range, looking for at most RM950K house
Thanks!
Hey Wong!
I think the answers to your questions can be a little broad.. Such as which part of KL are you working at?
I think with your budget, you can get places closer KL than gamuda gardens such as ss3 or 7, gasing that are terrace house etc..
Currently we're living at Tropicana Avenue it's a service apartment, which has a park nearby and it's pet friendly.. The Gardens at the facilities deck at level 2 are pet friendly as well, but we've decided to move to a larger place hence we were looking to purchase a property this year, we wanted somewhere which is convenient for us and after 25 props in 5 months we finally decided on one

..
Just recently i went up north for work and through North–South Expressway, I could see the jam starting from Bkt beruntung toll all the way to Sg buloh, I guess the driving time to KL would be over an hour with so many vechicles on the road.. 20 years ago when I used to live in Rawang, Bandar country homes, all I could remember was how smooth the traffic was to Damansara and there was no jam at all
Maybe you could consider areas such as Old Klang Road, Bukit Jalil. Cyberjaya which has MEX highway which leads directly to KL city, which is also jam at peak hours
Another alternative you could consider might be Elmina, when Dash highways connects to Damansara and head to Penchala from there..
Cheers and all the best in your property hunting!
