Let say I have a condo property with loan amount 375k left. How do i accomodate to sell the prop by including the 3% agent fee? Not sure about the market value now but according to brickz website, last transacted was around 400k-430k. (was in 2019). If i set at 400k, then minus the agent fee 12k?
