Not true. in fact, the only way to buy 1st party insurance for car more than 2 decades is post office.

Yes, you don’t need to renew insurance at post office. Normally I renew direct with the insurance company to get 10% discount. But you can pay insurance with credit card at post office.

For road tax, you cannot pay with credit card and post office got charge service fee. Can renew direct at Jpj if you don’t want to pay the fee.

Yes, can. Additional service charge of RM2 if not mistaken. They will need your IC too (to prove you're the card owner). If not card owner, just say your relationship with care owner (eg husband/wife)

no. it is 1st party insurance for old car >20yrs.
you cant buy it online.
