I just sold 80gb hdd and 478 mobo to a forumer. We dealed through postage and the buyer bank in on 18th @ RM160 or 170 i bun remember for the both item....

Item was packed into a large postbox with the mobo inside plastic bag,and i put lots of news paper to protect th mobo....due to i dun have the ori box for the mobo...

item received on 26th due to my wife use pos parcel not pos laju..

item was tested in very2 good conditions n pins were broke, no d caps, n can boot normally...this i can proof coz got few witneses tat with me when im testing the mobo..

then later the buyer send me an sms with a rude word and asing me for a refund..



i really hate this type of buyer coz....really got no manners in dealling....anyway should i refund or?

if u re responsible person then ask him to come out n test in front of him , and if u stated there item spoil bcos of parcel with no refund then no argument

hard to say also wor..the buyer maybe purposely spoil it also we won't noe..As ^666^ already double check it b4 sending it + it's cover up with newspaper, how is it possible for the pinks to break or bend??

Want to do business, only remember one thing. Customers Always Right.
If you don't believe in this thing, than don't do any business. Simple. Case closed.

btw at the end i think refund is the best option and dont deal that ppl again...
can we know the name who you deal..probably we can take precaution on him

cannot say like that also..Wat if i buy a speaker from u, it ok when u deliever to me. Then i cut off the wire then tell u the speaker wire snapped, u will refund meh? Hard to say lor...it's between those 2. Like Hoilek say, come out and test it easier lor.

So when things happened therefore the responsibility is on the person which did not follow the terms as agreed.
Imagine how many things stack on top of your mobo and protected just with newspaper .......

haiyaa...because normally i send out i tested it kaw2...all my previous buyer knows tat......but how to say aaa i trusted the buyer but at the end i yg kena balik lor.....

If really wanted to know the damage is done or purpose is easy..
Like a wire whether its snap out or cut off also can be detected easily.

he said paid extra rm10 for the poslaju...but you send it using pos parcel, is it he is realy paid u extra?

most of the mobo i send out is using a box pos laju box really hard to bend coz using a really thick card(the brownish big box)....and i put alot of newspaper(gumpal2) in the box .....

i send out 3-4 of other mobo ( using the same method ) all no prob....

but only this 1,,,,tats why i post about this matter afta i felt tat this buyer purposely spoils it...

i need ur oppinion .....i have no prob with refund but should we refund to this type of buyer?

Meet him face to face easier to solve. As u can verify if it is purposely bend or not...

refund and ban him on the list, let everyone know.

Dont refer him to this type of buyer... U dont know what happen yet.
So you should trust him like he trusted you when he banked in the money.
Accidents happen right... And by right IF you did not follow the terms as agreed no matter in postage or whatever the contract is void. So think properly and if you really did something which is out of the agreement which the buyer did not agree on then its better for you to close this thread and get along with your business. Buyers will scare IF they got complains or felt any threat regarding sellers towards buyers. Sometimes things should just keep it low and settle it in a quiet manner especially something regarding your reputation. He is a single buyer so he got nothing to lose.

That buyer did not steal or anything. He reported a receiving a faulty product and its the seller responsibilty to verify it in a proper manners. Maybe the buyer will keep buying from you if you handle this kinda case in a proper way. Dont make assumption and think badly about a person till you know the real story with proofs.

judging by the way that buyer pm you..it seems he is a very impolite guy...call him up and meet with him... i bet he wont dare to talk so rudely to you if its face to face... memang..this kind of people is b******... if he were to talk nicely then it would be a diff situation...

Stay focus. Imagine which buyer wont get angry if they received a faulty thing.

you read how that guy replied..he just totally put all the blame on the seller..couldnt he ask properly? if we don judge people by the way they speak, then everybody would be going like, "oi!you C**** gimme bak my mobo you b****!!" i bet you don like to deal or even talk with thins kind of people right? its the impression you give people that makes the difference...
