This may be dumb but I think I am stuck on iOS 16 public beta 2, can't seem to get the public beta 5. I downloaded the profile from apple website and it only allow me to update to pb2... how do i get PB5 from PB2?

Does iOS 16 allow us to change icons? I keep seeing screenshots of the Home Screen setup but everyone is using customised icons.
