I was being introduced to try “Jagung” durian from Pahang. Selling at RM 20/kg. Bitter & creamy & sweet.

Given me a choice, I think I may not select it again because I”m type of fussy / demanding when it comes to the fruit yields %. The flesh over skin % was low ~ about same % like red prawns variant ( skin too thick). The reason why I dislike red prawn, the same reason I”ll not choose this variant again. If never try before, maybe worth to give it a try.

The older the tree, the thinner the skin. Also fertilizers must cukup. Don’t so fussy la. So many countries only got chapalang thai durians we are very blessed already

Picked up some wild durians in a secret place. Organic wild durians are the best.

Actually Thai got good clone variant also, only we are not that well expose to their durian variants.

Thai durian breed is good but they have very few breeds unlike Malaysia. Plus the Thai people have very lousy taste buds and like to eat raw fruits because they don’t have the patience to wait for the fruit to fully ripen. That is why they are only used to eating raw fruits. Not smart people

Wah your durian looks super delicious. Malaysian durian is the best. I really hate those raw durians in Thailand. Their taste buds are really low class. Its like liking instant noodles more that a plate of freshly made pasta. I know many low class people actually prefer instant noodles. Their taste bud still very primitive
