I wouldn't say it is the safest, but it is mostly all about being smart and aware. Most of the time, breaches are because of carelessness and awareness. But yes, for iOS, currently they don't allow the installation of apps that aren't from the app store unless it's through TestFlight or jail broken phones.So far I heard a lot of android device was compromised
