Hello all, anyone know of new projects around old klang road? I have heard of the maple residence only. Any others? Thanks. Appreciate if you could list the price also

maple is way off from old klang road already actually....


currently old klang road got Bloomsvale (Kerjaya Prospek), The Harmony (Aset Kayamas),Divo (Exsim) and The Legacy (OUG)

newly completed or soon to be completed ones are Millerz Square (Exsim), Platinum Arena (PV) and Bliss (Jaya Megah/Shayher Group)

Thanks, around that area also can actually(bukit jalil, sungai besi, kuchai) . But arent most of those commercial title?

aset kayamas the harmony most probably pure residential title due to their ability to provide affordable housing beside the condo... the rest are commercial title under HDA...

residential land getting lesser nowadays unfortunately...

if you want residential title can also take a look at Sunway Flora Residence, a new project to be launched soon near Bukit Jalil. Should be residential title iinm


The Legacy by OUG is also residential title iinm

Yes Legacy is residential but it’s consider off OKR, more to Jalan Gembira. Not directly compare to Harmony and the rest.

But accessibility wise is way better. Near to nsk, more road to escape, food etc. I personally think its better place to stay than okr. I mean the traffic.

Next to major road isn’t a conductive place for living la, for hotel can la short term stay.

My opinion is also Legacy location is more ideal.
Also plaza oug redevelopment is something legacy can look forward to for extra convenience in the future.
