I have stopped gym & exercising since MCO (2020 mar) and last week I resume going back to gym… I am not professional and just went to gym to normal train only just want to keep fit and energetic..
One week through I found my left hand palm lumbrical after gym workout (don’t know is this the correct name of not, refer below picture location 3,4). I am right handed and my left hand indeed weaker… quite pain when hold the heavier dumbell and even more painful during daily wake up.. I think because of carry too much weight that my hand palm can’t tahan.. ?
Anyone experience this before? Should be the sign to take rest so it will auto recover? Or need go see doctor? Appreciate any advice..
Btw I lost almost 20kg compared between 3 years ago the first time I went gym and now… I can feel now my body really much more painful after workout… I think more body fats less pain??
