Let me tell you 1 trick to stir fry better green veggie at home. I bet all of you make this same mistake. 1 move and the taste will be totally different. Please keep this secret to your self.

Fry green leave veggie under high heat first then only put in chopped garlic. Most amateur put garlic first

Your life will never be the same again. Remember when wok is smoking hot with oil then only add the vege and stir fry with seasoning. After that only add garlic.

I bluff you all i cannot get rich one. I suggest heat wok with oil, then when very hot throw in green leaf vege (make sure water is drained after washing) , then throw in chopped garlic after 1 minutes of high flame, then pour little otster sauce into the oil part to cook the oyster sauce, then after 1 minute add chinese cooking wine, toss, then sprinkle salt, pepper to taste, do wok toss under high flame and serve
