I have used Intel processor for 13 years so I am going with Intel Quad Core with ATI.You can get more power by OC the Quad Core.

 Intel Core 2 Quad (for example, Q6850) + 2 x 8800 GTX Ultra/Non-Ultra & AMD Athlon X2 or (Quad Core) (for example FX series) + 2 x HD2900XT |
