while most of his speech is politically correct and sound logical, the last part about institutional reform of UN is full of bollocks.

Now even Japan starting to kick off their military industry complex thing,now they open up to sell some of their military machine to 12 country (including Malaysia), and US seems like having no objection about this, new Japan PM getting aggressive with their chess moves.
