House loan pending for a week plus, Whats the possible reason for pending?

Apply house loan with UOB, full personal document on May 11, got OTP on May 18. Till now May 25 no news/call pun, asked agent say pending only. Whats the possible reason arh? Ganjiong wei.

My client applied to a few banks. One bank took about 3 weeks already and still pending.

my previous uob housing loan drag until 5 months relax je. coz I want to delay the start of the payment. House locked, loan locked, but pending for my side to pay the 20% down payment. I pay slowly until 5 months. kowtim with developer to no need to charge me any penalty for late down payment some more.
