u should get the price list why he charge RM5000...
as my case, i bought RM308k, the land + stamp duty on developer side, definitely no more than RM6k...

do downpayment to developer need witness? even i sign S&P before stamping also no witness... duh... doh.gif

only the lawyer need to be witness while i signing the documentation for the bank side...
or maybe he means bank's lawyer no bear-ed by bank? maybe ask bank to finance the bank's lawyer fees into house loan if he means bank side...

This is correct but no provided 50% discount


preparing snp: RM1689
i think this make the difference... my S&P prepared by developer...
they print it on the spot once i do the deposit & legal fees and let me sign page by page before stamping
