Nothing wrong to get used if the price is reasonable. Just make sure to check the car is in good condition. And make sure the warranty is still valid from SC. Some users don't service in SC so the warranty is expired.

As for the fuel pump, it should be either in recall. If not, it's no big deal as the fuel pump doesn't cost much and is not hard to replace.
