Matches can be very tough in singles. Best example is the final match between An Se Young and Chen Yu Fei.

Lee Zii Jia meets Daren in tomorrow's semi...

LZJ-Rhustavito 21-10, 14-21, 21-16

The scores doesn't tell much of the match.

After an easy 1st set, Lee was leading 13-10 in the 2nd, and it looks like a straight win.

But somehow Rhustavito dominates the match and turn it around; winning it 21-14... with LZJ just getting 1 more point from 13 to 14.

In the 3rd set, Rhustavito races to 8-3 and expand the lead to 11-4. After changing ends, he got the 1st point, 12-4.

An 8 points lead... and it was worrying time for LZJ fans. smile.gif

Then LZJ turned the match around and started to win a series of points... and managed to equal it at 14-14 and leads 16-14.

With the score back at his favour, LZJ breathes easy and take the 3rd set 21-16.

LZJ fans breathe easy too... hahaha😆
