where got use timing belt.

to TS, N20 is fine. advisable to replace the timing chain (chain, guides, tensioner etc) after mileage hits above 100k. This thing can fail, especially pre-2015 N20s.

Great choice! Go for it. Parts no prob la. My 2011 e90 320d going strong. The N20 is rock solid and reliable, parts easy to find and tons of mechanics who have worked on BMWs everywhere.

No problem. B48 engine ok. Transmission very good.
failing interior plastic parts is not considered problem. Just replace them.

The rest like any other car. Way more reliable than a Civic.

328i is not B48 engine lah. Wahlaoz. Don't give wrong info.

Currently a 330i LCI B48 owner.

Problems: Comms unit, wheel speed sensor, sticky interior door handle, coolant leaking, seat panel cracked twice.

This car as its a 2.0 seems reasonable. What are the most expensive repairs you've encountered with this car? Previously bought a bmw v8 was a horror so wondering if this 328i is ok or also a workshop kaki.

Oh yeah.

Workshop owners, thank you for your contributions.

The fact that some conti replacement parts can be DIY easily.

Advancement. No need screw. Plastic, rubber and wiring deteriorate or fail really fast due to our weather.

like this stupid water pump

original one come with plastic impeller that has a tendency to become brittle and break off after many years of service
