2 Condo - cant park at my own bay ... car only ... been warned.
Office parking - cant park at my own designated bay ... car only ... clamped and let of with a warning.

They have designated bike parking area but its too narrow for me ... end of story, my problem, not theirs.

Cando have 2 car park, side by side. I park smack right in the middle of one car park pun kena . Left side is my car park too and the other side is a big ass pillar.

Go to management opis ... they say bike parking -----> that way ... knb.
I say ur bike parking path is very narrow, gua mau masuk kluar susah, some bend have to 3 point turn ... they say its my problem ... haiz ... suan ba le ... vespa je la.

Some unit come with 1 car park ... some unit have 2. Duno how much for an extra parking but I think its in the range you mentioned.

As mentioned by a furumer, when I park at their designated spot, my bike is protruded out like a sore thumb

Management say cannot ... cannot lo ... not gonna waste breath argue with them, I have better things to do
